For a low industry rate of 30% we will take all the stress out of managing your vacation home. We have the local knowledge to use dynamic pricing strategies according to local events.
We leave a small gift, personalized card and complimentary teas and coffees, all included in our management fees. Each new guest is provided with a truly personalized experience, giving additional peace of mind to both owner and renter that we are only a phone call away if anything goes wrong.
Adding to the convenience is our in-house cleaning team; which takes away the stress of having to schedule a cleaning every time your calendar gets updated!
SERVICE INCLUDES:
Listing your property across multiple platforms of your choice, managing it from a centralized calendar - maximizing your exposure - Including an exclusive direct booking page for repeat renters.
Dealing with all renter enquiries, no matter how mundane or repetitive.
Providing each guest with a welcome email containing check-in instructions and directions. Added to this we have a list of local recommendations that have been hand-picked by us along with discounts we have agreed to with local businesses that can be used by renters.
Stocking fridges ahead of time for renters as needed. Would you like to arrive to some cold beer or champagne? Just let us know!
Staging for professional photos and video.
Renter concierge - let us deal with questions and requests that renters have during their stay. We can give local recommendations and make bookings and reservations for them. Need a personal chef? A limo to airport? A couples massage? We got it.
​Need a repair or maintenance? We can get you three quotes to choose from and be at the house to monitor progress if you cannot be. In addition to this, we have a team member who can deal with the smaller issues that come up, which means there is little to no wait time for small, last-minute emergencies.
We can arrange snow removal, shoveling and landscaping through our sister companies, and oversee the whole process for you from start to finish.
